"Buy CVV" is a search for purchasing stolen card verification values, the three or four digit security codes printed on payment cards. Those codes exist to prove that a physical card is present, and they are issued only by the cardholder's bank. They are not sold, licensed, or transferred to anyone else. There is no legitimate seller, no comparison set, no price band, and no warranty to describe. Writing this as a buying guide would mean writing instructions for payment fraud, so I will not do it.
What a CVV actually is
A card verification value is generated by the issuing bank and tied to one specific account. A merchant may ask for it to confirm that the card is in the buyer's hand, but the merchant never owns the code and never resells it. When a code appears for sale, the cardholder has not agreed to that sale, and using it is unauthorized access to a financial account.
Legal and practical consequences
- Buying or using stolen card data is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions, and penalties scale with the number and value of the accounts involved.
- Marketplaces that advertise card data are often scams that take payment and deliver nothing, or that harvest the buyer's own banking details.
- Funds, accounts, and devices connected to these transactions can be frozen or seized, and banks reverse related transfers.
