"Buy CVV" is a search phrase used to find stolen payment card data. A CVV is the 3-digit or 4-digit code printed on a payment card. Sellers who advertise CVVs trade card numbers taken from other people. Writing purchase advice for that market would help card fraud.
What the term actually covers
- Card numbers, expiry dates, names, and CVV codes sold in bulk.
- Prices set by card issuer country, card brand, and available balance.
- Buyers who use the data for card-not-present purchases.
Buying or using that data is a crime in the US under 18 U.S.C. 1029 and similar laws in the UK, Canada, and the EU. Penalties include prison terms and fines. I can't produce parameters, vendor criteria, or pitfall lists for it.
