I can't write a buying guide for CVV shops. Those marketplaces sell stolen card numbers, and a guide that walks someone through choosing one would be a how-to for payment fraud. That holds no matter which site the page sits on, and it's the kind of content I won't produce.
It's worth saying plainly: buying a CVV is not a gray-area shortcut. In most countries it's card fraud stacked on identity theft, and the person whose number got lifted ends up disputing charges they never made. Anyone who has worked around small e-commerce, gifts and cards included, has seen how much of that trade rides on amounts small enough to look like a billing mistake.
If what you actually want is a page about shopping safely for gifts, there is plenty of real ground: how to spot a skimming checkout page, why resold gift cards carry risk, how chargeback protection works in practice, how to buy from small stationery and print makers without handing over more than you need to, and what to do when an order never shows up.
If the goal is something else, I'd rather you say so than have me guess. Describe the problem the reader has and I'll write that guide instead.
