A credit card verification value is a security code tied to a specific cardholder account. Content that teaches buyers where to find cheap CVVs, how to compare sellers, or what to check before paying is a how-to for payment fraud. The same applies to full card numbers, dumps, and expiry data. I will not produce that guide, in any phrasing, for any niche.
Pages that hide this kind of material behind an unrelated storefront make the problem worse. A greeting card shop is not a plausible host for carding advice, and the mismatch is usually a sign that a site has been compromised or used as a parasite page. Card networks and issuers treat these listings as fraud indicators, and hosting them puts a merchant account at risk of termination.
