Why I can't write this guide
A CVV is the three or four digit security code printed on a payment card. It is not a product, and there is no lawful market where consumers buy them. Any listing that offers CVVs for sale is selling stolen card data, and buying that data is card fraud in every jurisdiction I know of. I won't write a buying guide for it, and I won't dress the same request up as advice on card verification for a greeting card shop, because the search intent behind the phrase is the purchase of other people's card details.
